Audi A3

The Audi A3 is a small family car produced by the German automaker Audi since 1996. Two generations of A3 exist, both based on the Volkswagen Group A platform, which they share with several other models such as the Audi TT, Volkswagen Golf, Caddy and Touran as well as SEAT León, SEAT Toledo and Škoda Octavia. The original A3 (or Typ 8L) was introduced in the European market in 1996, marking Audi's return to the lower market segments since the demise of the Audi 50. This was the first Volkswagen Group model to use the "PQ34" or "A4" platform, bearing a natural close resemblance to its contemporary, the Volkswagen Golf Mk4. The car was initially available only with a three-door hatchback body, in order to present a more sporty image than the Golf, in both front- and four-wheel drive. All engines were an inline four-cylinder configuration, and were transversely mounted. After the A4, the Audi A3 was the second model in the Audi lineup to use five valves per cylinder.

The five-door A3 Sportback model was introduced in June 2004. The A3 Sportback is 80 mm (3 in) longer than the base three-door body, and includes improved rear cabin space and a larger luggage compartment (370 litres). It also received the new "single frame" front grille originally introduced in the A8 W12, which was later adopted across the whole A3 range. The engines used are the same as for many other cars in the Volkswagen Group.Audi's Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), traction-control and brake force distribution computer became standard equipment in some countries.Although the Audi A3 was replaced in Europe during 2003, the first generation model continues to be sold in undeveloped countries. Production of the first generation model stopped in Brazil in 2006.

Volkswagen Golf

Most production of the Golf was initially in the 3-door hatchback style[2]. Other variants include a 5-door hatchback, estate/wagon (Variant, from 1993), convertible (Cabriolet and Cabrio, 1979–2002), and a Golf-derived notchback saloon/sedan, variously called Volkswagen Jetta, Volkswagen Vento or Volkswagen Bora (from 1979). The cars have filled many market segments, from basic personal cars, to high-performance hot hatches. The Volkswagen Golf is a small family car manufactured by Volkswagen since 1974 and marketed worldwide across six generations, in various body configurations and under various nameplates — as the Volkswagen Rabbit in the United States and Canada (Mk1 and Mk5), and as the Volkswagen Caribe in Mexico (Mk1).

The Golf name derives from the German word for Gulf Stream and the period in its history when VW named vehicles after prominent winds, including also the Passat (after the German word for Trade wind), Jetta (after the Jet stream), Bora (after Bora) and Scirocco (after Sirocco). "Golf" is also a sport, a theme that is shared with the Volkswagen Polo.Every single Golf has been a runner-up in the European Car of the Year awards, but only one has been awarded it. That was the Golf Mk3 in 1992. The front-wheel drive Golf was Volkswagen's first successful replacement for the air-cooled Volkswagen Beetle. Historically, it is Volkswagen's best-selling model and the world's third best-selling model, with more than 25 million built by 2007.

Chrysler ME412 Cars

The ME412 was Chryslers first attempt at a genuine supercar. The prototype ME412 held an 850 horsepower quad turbo V12 engine mated to a 7-speed Ricardo Double Clutch Transmission developed specifically for the ME412 and featured the latest double wet-clutch technology and electronic control strategy. The exclusive transmission delivers uninterrupted torque to the rear wheels with 200 millisecond shift times. Despite the ridiculously high performance figures the ME four-twelve does not forget comfort, and the interior is adorned with soft leather and suede with some exposed metal and carbon fiber for that high-tech, high performance feel.
